工場の入り口は8枚の折り扉で縦2,550×横2,900ｍｍ ４トン車まで楽に入れます。 過去にはギリギリですが10トン車も出入りしていました。 工場内に天井クレーン有（1トンまで） The factory entrance is 2,550mm high and 2,900mm wide.

木材　Timber inventory

木材は檜、赤松、姫小松、朴、欅、栃を取り揃えています。 We stock cypress,red pine,Himekomatsu,magnolia,zelkova,and chestnut.

発泡スチロール　Styrofoam

2,000×1,000×500、倍率６０倍（１６㎏）をメインに使用しています 倍率１６倍、２０倍、４０倍の硬いスチロールも在庫所有しています I mainly buy the 60x magnification.

大掃除 Cleaning on the holidays

発泡スチロールの型を作製すると工場内は酷い事になります。 スチロール型が終わったら土日で大掃除し、月曜日には綺麗な状態に戻しています。 Making polystyrene foam molds. makes the factory dirty.

ヒノキ材 　 Cypress wood

自然乾燥の天然ヒノキ材は独自ルートで規格外サイズを大量に仕入れています We purchase naturally dried natural cypress wood in large quantities through our own channels, even in non-standard sizes.

集成材 Laminated lumber

集成材はメルクシパイン、スプルース、ヒノキ、赤松などロッド購入しています。 規格サイズ 4,200×500×20ｍｍ 4,200×500×25ｍｍ 4,200×500×30ｍｍ We purchase rods made from laminated wood such as Mexican pine, spruce, cypress, and red pine.

ヒノキ材 　 Cypress wood

サイズを選別しながら工場に立てかけていきます。 傷や朽ちていたりアテの強い材など木型に適さない材はEC事業で使用します。 分別する事によって使えない材という物は１枚もありません。 Sorting eliminates waste
