Our company and ``Kabosu'' first met when we were appointed as market development advisors in Oita Prefecture. Oita Prefecture ranks first in production of Kabosu, and more than 95% of the total production comes from Oita Prefecture (according to information posted on the prefecture's website), a special fruit that is representative of Oita Prefecture and is unknown around the world. I felt that it was a waste. At Tokyo Kabosu, we will continue to communicate the original charm of Kabosu while proposing a new form of Kabosu both within Japan and abroad.
